Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If the item you requested is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and advise you of when we will be able to deliver it to you or, alternatively, we will refund the full amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

DELIVERY PLACE

The items offered on our website can only be delivered to addresses in France or Belgium. Exceptions may be made depending on the customer.

DELIVERY TIME

Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we make every effort to fulfill your order within one to three business days of your order date. Business days are Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. There may also be delays in processing orders during holiday periods or special events, including Cyber ​​Monday and Boxing Day. This person must be able to sign and confirm that the goods received are those ordered. The delivery date may vary depending on factors such as the carrier's delivery practices, the delivery location, the delivery method and the items ordered. In addition, items may be shipped in separate shipments.

SHIPPING COSTS

A flat shipping fee of €6.99 will be applied to all orders under €100*. All orders over €100 (before taxes and shipping) will receive complimentary standard delivery*. Applicable sales taxes will be based on the province or territory where the shipment is being made.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt.
