GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If the requested item is temporarily out of stock on the date of your order, we will notify you and let you know when we can deliver it to you or, alternatively, we will refund the full amount of your order, according to the original payment method .

PLACE OF DELIVERY

Items offered on our website can only be delivered to addresses in France or Belgium. Exceptions can be made depending on the customer.

DELIVERY TIME

Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we will take all measures to fulfill your order within one to three business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. You should also allow for delays in processing orders during holiday or special event periods, including Cyber ​​Monday and Boxing Day. This person must be able to sign and confirm that the goods received are those ordered. The delivery date may vary depending on factors such as the carrier's delivery practices, delivery location, delivery method and items ordered. Additionally, items may be shipped in separate shipments.

SHIPPING COSTS

A fixed shipping charge of €4.90 will be applied to any order with a value of less than €50. All orders over €50 (before taxes and shipping) will receive a standard delivery service at no charge. Applicable sales taxes will depend on the province or territory where the shipment is made.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt.
