We want our customers to have the best online shopping experience.
If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, we can provide you with an exchange or refund (please refer to the return policy). Do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem with your order!
If you need to return an item, please check the procedure to make the process quick and comfortable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please take extra care when trying on your new items. Any item returned with damage such as makeup or general wear and tear will be refused.
- Items must be unwashed and not tumble dried.
- Excessively wrinkled items may be refused.
- Items covered in animal or human hair will be refused.
- Items with a strong odor (sweat, etc.) or an odor of smoke, cologne, detergent, etc. will not be accepted.
- Items with marks or other stains (such as deodorant or makeup) will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if the items are not returned in a condition suitable for resale. In addition, we do not return items received if they do not meet the exchange or refund criteria.
A size problem or the model no longer suits you? Within 14 days after your delivery date, you can return the unworn and unwashed set to us. We accept returns on all sets and do not return single pieces.
Unfortunately, items purchased at a discount with a promotional code are not refundable.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to error on our part.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days maximum.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged and the size is not right for you. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to C ontact.TatakaiFR@gmail.com
- Once your request has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email including the shipping address and instructions for returning the item.
- We exchange your items within the limit of once per item, be sure to choose your new size carefully and ask our teams for advice if in doubt.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Returning by “Colissimo tracking” is highly recommended (keep the proof of your shipment carefully). It is up to you whether or not to insure the returned merchandise. Please note, however, if the package is lost or stolen during return, TATAKAI will not be able to reimburse you.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?
- We need your PACKAGING with the return slip sent by email.
- Make sure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage in the mail.
- Only use a postal service with tracking and insurance.
- Return your products to the address indicated by our team by email.
- All returns must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the other elements provided (card, etc.).
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
